FAQ'S

REFUNDS & RETURNS UK

We want you to be happy with everything that you buy from us. But if you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods
bought, then please return the products unopened within 5 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. For your own piece of
mind we advise all customers who are returning any items to use Recorded Delivery.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed during seaonal times refunds can take up to 28 days.

REFUNDS & RETURNS FROM DIFFERENT  COUNTRIES
Once an order is placed it can not be exchanged or canceled how ever if your item(s) you have ordered from us are faulty or
broken  when you receive them you must contact our customer care team within 5 days. If we can see that there has not been
any foul play with your items that you have bought from us we will be happy to exchange or refund you.

ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS KEPT SECURE & PRIVATE?

Absolutely, at  PARTYZONE we employ state of the art Credit Card Payment system to ensure that your card details are

CAN I BUY DIRECT FROM YOUR SHOP?

Certainly, you may visit our shop at 131 Commercial Street Newport  City Centre NEWPORT South Wales NP20 1LY.
Our shop opening times are:

MONDAY - SATURDAY 9.00 - 17.30PM

SUNDAY - CLOSED

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HLLOWEEN, CHRISTMAS SEASON OUR OPENING TIMES WILL CHANGE.

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Yes, a member of our customer service team will be happy to take your order over the telephone, all you will need to do is to
write down the order codes for the items you wish to order and have your Debit or Credit card ready.

WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER DOES THIS MEAN THAT YOU HAVE ITEM OR ITEMS I HAVE ORDRED INSTOCK.

No when you place your order it will be sent to our order processing department who will check the stock levels with the item or items you have ordred from us

if any reason something you have ordred is not instock the order processing department will send an email to inform you. At this present time we are unable to run live stock levels its somthing we are looking into.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Our Delivery costs are added to your order automatically the cost consists of Delivery, and Postage and Packaging of your order.
If you order over £400.00 of items then you will not be charged delivery. THIS DOES NOT APPLY  TO ALL ORDERS FROM OTHER
COUNTRIES. Due to the change in International orders we are only able to send  small packages only.
